首先，關(guān)注甲烷含量。沼氣的質(zhì)量會受到氣溫、原料的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、含水量等的影響而有很大的不同。例如養(yǎng)殖場會定期消毒，含有消毒液的糞污進入發(fā)酵池后，會殺滅大量的厭氧菌，就會導(dǎo)致沼氣的甲烷含量大幅度下降。甲烷含量過低的話（一般不低于50%），沼氣發(fā)電機組就會出現(xiàn)啟動困難的問題，甚至無法啟動。
