　　2.初步觀察燃氣發(fā)電機組的安裝是否到位或安裝錯誤，是否有漏油或漏水現(xiàn)象，并對發(fā)電機的耐壓試驗、匝間試驗等各項指標進行試驗。有不合格項及時修改處理的;

　　4.根據(jù)燃氣發(fā)電機組的額定功率的大小分別隨著負載測試,25%,50%,100%負荷階段,如果每個荷載階段在50 hz頻率負載測試后,電壓在380 v - 420 v電源的功率因數(shù)乘以當前理論的系數(shù)條件下的數(shù)據(jù)符合負載電流閱讀作為一個合格的單位功率;觀察發(fā)動機在運行過程中振動和煙霧顏色的變化;根據(jù)發(fā)動機的標準，判斷沒有故障;

　　4. According to the rated power of the gas generator set, 25%, 50% and 100% load stages are respectively tested with the load. If the power factor of 380 V - 420 V power supply is multiplied by the current theoretical coefficient after the load test at 50 Hz frequency in each load stage, the data conforms to the load current reading as a qualified unit power; Observe the change of vibration and smoke color during the operation of the engine; judge whether there is any fault according to the standard of the engine;

　　5.燃氣發(fā)電機組試驗工作完成后，記錄試驗負荷，記錄試驗時間和試驗人員人數(shù)，并將機組備案和記錄，對獲準出廠的合格機組進行密封。
