發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)組啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行需要注意哪些步驟？

1、上電
1. Power on
將控制屏鑰匙開關(guān)從OFF打向ON位置，觀察面板上儀表背景燈亮，表示控制屏已上電，同時(shí)機(jī)組燃油處于打開狀態(tài)，電子調(diào)速控制器、電噴控制器處于工作狀態(tài)。
Turn the key switch of the control panel from off to on, and the instrument background light on the observation panel is on, which indicates that the control panel has been powered on, the fuel of the unit is on, and the electronic speed control and EFI controller are in the working state.
2、啟動(dòng)
2. Start
選擇機(jī)組怠速/全速開關(guān)，進(jìn)行機(jī)組啟動(dòng)。通常怠速運(yùn)行時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過5分鐘。
Select the unit idle / full speed switch to start the unit. Generally, the idle running time should not exceed 5 minutes.
按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，持續(xù)時(shí)間不大于30秒，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)下開始啟動(dòng)，啟動(dòng)成功，釋放啟動(dòng)按鈕，機(jī)組進(jìn)入運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
Press the start button, the duration is not more than 30 seconds, the engine starts to start under the drive of the starting motor, the start button is released, and the unit enters into operation state.
一次啟動(dòng)時(shí)間應(yīng)盡量控制在5—10秒，延長(zhǎng)啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)和蓄電池使用壽命。

3、運(yùn)行
3. Operation
機(jī)組進(jìn)入全速運(yùn)行，發(fā)電機(jī)電壓、頻率正常穩(wěn)定后，操作人員可將發(fā)電空開合上。
When the unit is running at full speed and the generator voltage and frequency are normal and stable, the operator can switch on the power generation air switch.
機(jī)組在運(yùn)行中，操作人員還應(yīng)經(jīng)常觀察了解機(jī)組運(yùn)行是否正常、控制屏儀表指示是否在正常位置、控制 屏有無預(yù)報(bào)警指示、燃油箱燃油位情況等運(yùn)行參數(shù)，并定時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)組運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行記錄。
焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組
During the operation of the unit, the operator should often observe and understand whether the unit is running normally, whether the instrument indication of the control panel is in the normal position, whether the control panel has pre alarm indication, fuel tank fuel level and other operating parameters, and regularly record the operation parameters of the unit.
4、急停
4. Emergency stop
一旦操作人員發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)組出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重故障或配電故障時(shí)，可按下控制屏急停按鈕，對(duì)機(jī)組進(jìn)行立即停機(jī)。無特殊情況發(fā)生時(shí)，不能隨意地通過急停按鈕對(duì)機(jī)組進(jìn)行停機(jī)操作。
Once the operator finds that the unit has serious fault or power distribution failure, he can press the emergency stop button on the control panel to stop the unit immediately. When there is no special situation, it is not allowed to stop the unit by emergency stop button.
5、正常停機(jī)
5. Normal shutdown
機(jī)組正常停機(jī)前，首先將負(fù)載分離（發(fā)電空開分?jǐn)啵?，然后將機(jī)組空載運(yùn)行一定時(shí)間后（3～5 分鐘），讓機(jī)組得到充分冷卻后停機(jī)。（冷卻運(yùn)行切勿在怠速下進(jìn)行）
Before the normal shutdown of the unit, the load shall be separated first (the generator air switch is disconnected), and then the unit shall be shut down after the unit has been fully cooled after a certain period of no-load operation (3-5 minutes). (do not operate at idle speed)
關(guān)斷控制屏鑰匙開關(guān)使機(jī)組停止的操作是無效的。正確的停機(jī)操作，必須在控制屏上電時(shí)，按停機(jī)按鈕才能使機(jī)組停止運(yùn)行。
It is invalid to turn off the key switch of control panel to stop the unit. For correct shutdown operation, the unit can be stopped only by pressing the stop button when the control panel is powered on.
6、運(yùn)行之后
6. After running
機(jī)組停機(jī)后，還有必要進(jìn)行下列工作：
After the unit stops, it is necessary to carry out the following work:
a.檢查機(jī)組有無“三漏”現(xiàn)象（潤(rùn)滑油、燃油、冷卻液）。
a. Check the unit for "three leakage" (lubricating oil, fuel oil and coolant).
b.關(guān)閉燃油閥。
b. Close the fuel valve.
c.關(guān)閉機(jī)房進(jìn)、排風(fēng)設(shè)施（必要時(shí)）。
c. Close the air intake and exhaust facilities of the machine room (if necessary).
d.關(guān)閉發(fā)電機(jī)輸出斷路器。
d. Turn off the generator output circuit breaker.
e.關(guān)閉控制屏電源鑰匙開關(guān)，取出鑰匙，妥善保管（必要時(shí)）。
e. Turn off the power key switch of the control panel, take out the key and keep it properly (if necessary).
f.長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停機(jī)或進(jìn)行機(jī)組維護(hù)保養(yǎng)時(shí)，必須將機(jī)組啟動(dòng)電瓶負(fù)極電纜拆除，必要時(shí)還應(yīng)放盡燃油和冷卻液等。
f. When the unit is shut down for a long time or the unit is maintained, the negative cable of the starting battery of the unit must be removed. If necessary, the fuel and coolant should be drained.

1、上電
1. Power on

機(jī)組停機(jī)后，還有必要進(jìn)行下列工作：
After the unit stops, it is necessary to carry out the following work:
a.檢查機(jī)組有無“三漏”現(xiàn)象（潤(rùn)滑油、燃油、冷卻液）。
a. Check the unit for "three leakage" (lubricating oil, fuel oil and coolant).
b.關(guān)閉燃油閥。

f. When the unit is shut down for a long time or the unit is maintained, the negative cable of the starting battery of the unit must be removed. If necessary, the fuel and coolant should be drained.
